By accessing or using Busytasks (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
- You must reside in a country where the App is legally available.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for keeping your information up to date.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
- You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.
- You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or emulators to access or interact with the App.
4. Earning and Redeeming Points
- Points are earned by completing tasks such as surveys, watching videos, and other activities as described within the App.
- Points have no monetary value and may only be redeemed for rewards offered in the App. Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash unless required by law.
- The minimum thresholds for redemption, available rewards, and any applicable fees will be clearly stated in the App.
- The App reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time, with or without notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- You may not use VPNs, proxies, or any methods to disguise your location.
- You may not use the App in countries subject to embargo or sanctions.
- Fraudulent activity, including fake task completion, unauthorized software, or manipulation of the App’s systems, is strictly prohibited.
- You may not offer or require users to leave ratings, reviews, or install other apps in exchange for points or rewards.
6. Suspension and Termination
- The App may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or prolonged inactivity (for example, no points earned or redeemed for 18 months).
- Upon termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited and your access to the App will be revoked.
7. Privacy
- The App collects, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- You may be required to verify your identity or location to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
- The App is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of points, rewards, or data, except as required by law.
9. Modifications to Terms
- The App reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
- Any material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.

- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the App’s legal notice.
