1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Site ethically and lawfully. Prohibited actions include:

Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete tasks or inflate earnings.
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent responses in surveys or tasks.
Harassing, impersonating, or spamming other users or partners.

Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action. We monitor activity for compliance but are not obligated to review all user actions.

5. Tasks and Earnings
Task Availability: Tasks include watching videos, completing surveys, playing games, app installs, and more, sourced from global partners. Availability varies by location, profile, and demand—no guarantees on quantity or quality.
Earning Points: Each task displays potential rewards upfront. Points or cash are credited upon verified completion, viewable in your dashboard. Earnings are not wages but rewards for participation.
No Guarantees: We do not promise minimum earnings, as they depend on user effort, task completion rates, and partner verification. Points have no cash value until redeemed.
Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust or void earnings if fraud, errors, or partner disputes occur (e.g., invalid survey responses).
Taxes: You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on earnings. We may issue tax forms if required by law.

6. Tracking Progress and Milestones
Your dashboard provides real-time stats on tasks completed, earnings, and progress. Milestones may unlock bonuses, but these are discretionary and subject to change.

7. Redemptions and Payments
Methods: Redeem points for cash via mobile wallets, bank transfers, or other supported options.
Minimums and Fees: A minimum threshold (e.g., 500 points or equivalent to $5) applies. Processing fees may deduct from payouts; details shown at redemption.
Timing: Payouts are processed within 7-14 business days, but delays may occur due to verification or banking issues.
Forfeiture: Unredeemed points expire after 24 months of inactivity. Refused or failed payouts revert to your account.
Disputes: Contact support for issues; resolutions are final and at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
